What’s the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?A Wedding Planner works with you from “We’re engaged!” to “We need cake flavors.” They help create your wedding vision, including theme, style, and overall ambiance. Planners also help manage your budget, book vendors, and guide you through the entire planning process. They are the architects of the wedding, building the foundation and structure upon which the event is based. A Wedding Coordinator (that’s us!) jumps in closer to your big day and makes sure your vision and everything you’ve planned is executed seamlessly. We manage your timeline, vendors, and logistics to ensure your day runs smoothly, stress-free, and joyfully, all without you having to worry about the details on your special day. 👉 Think of it like this: The planner builds the plan. We execute your vision.

Isn’t a venue coordinator the same thing as a wedding coordinator?Nope! It’s a common misconception. Think of it like this: The Venue Coordinator is the host of the house, focusing on the venue's responsibilities—they make sure the lights are on, the tables are in place, and the venue stays looking fab. But when it comes to you, your vendors, your timeline, or Aunt Susan needing help with her corsage? That’s our department. A Wedding Coordinator focuses on you: your timeline, your people, your vibe. We create your timeline, manage your vendor team, organize the wedding party, fix last-minute hiccups (like fixing a boutonniere or finding lost rings), and ensure you're having a blast. We’ll even remind you to grab a bite of that amazing cake!! We're your personal assistant, best friend, and superhero rolled into one. In short, the Venue Coordinator makes the venue shine, while the Wedding Coordinator makes you shine. Together, it’s a dream team—but if you want someone 100% dedicated to you, your day, and your happiness, a Wedding Coordinator is your go-to!

Will there be travel or security fees?Here’s the breakdown: Travel Costs: For events located more than 60 miles from the Coordinator's base of operations and ending after 10:00 PM, an overnight accommodation fee will apply. Additional Travel Costs: For out of state events (outside of North Carolina), the Client will be responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to lodging, airfare, parking, tolls, and meals. Security Requirement: If your venue requires it (or your guest count calls for it), it’s the Client's responsibility to hire licensed security for the event. We’ll always talk through it with you beforehand—no surprise charges here.

Can I pay in installments?Yes! We get it—weddings and events can be pricey! That’s why we’re happy to set up a budget-friendly payment plan that works with your budget after the booking fee is covered. This way, you can focus on what matters most: having a beautiful and unforgettable day!
